SC SuperClean® represents a package of technical
solutions, which, in total, enables perfectly reproducible and fully
automatic cleaning of systems, which are subject to high demands
on GMP and operational reliability. SuperClean® has
defined a new standard – a perfect cleaning technology, which
is unique on the world market.
Perfect for Total Containment
Conventional cleaning systems provide indifferent pre-cleaning.
Highly active or toxic substances require stringent product safety
measures and safe working practices. The risk of cross contamination
must be eliminated and monitored at great expense. After cleaning,
an SC SuperClean® system can be used for the next
process - without opening it up(!) (->
Total Containment).
Automatic filter cleaning in situ
Conventional filters cannot be cleaned while in the machine. Even
newer filters, which can be cleaned in the machine, usually have
their problem areas. Also, they are mechanically delicate and have
only short service lives.
The patented Glatt SC SuperClean® filters are mechanically
extremely stable up to 8bar(!) air jet pressure – with outstanding
filtration characteristics and a long life. The circular shape and
the filter fabric situated on the raw gas side guarantees complete
cleaning in the system.

Retractable cleaning nozzles and flush-mounted sensors
Every fitted component is a possible interference factor for the
process and for the cleaning.
With SC SuperClean® technology, the cleaning nozzles
are moved out by means of the applied water pressure and, on switching
off, are returned automatically to the rest position flush with
the wall.
Pressure sensors are always designed to be flush with the wall
– no pressure measuring hoses and no product deposits.
