The demands made on equipment construction

processes, current state of the art, revised regulations and directives,
new producing locations - the list goes on.

We maintain a close overall watch on the situation and and can keep
you informed about the latest developments - which regulations are
coming into force and when, whether they affect your equipment and/or
what you need to do to be in compliance with the new requirements.
New products
New products often call for completely different conditions, from
a totally contained product flow through to different bottom screen,
plant filters and modified instrumentation and control technology.
Because of the large number of Glatt machines successfully producing
around the world and the many years of experience concentrated in
our Technology Centers, we are familiar with the whole spectrum
of products being processed - and we can ensure optimum modification
of your equipment to meet new assignments.

optimization - with the accumulated expertise of the teams working
in its various Technology Centers. Our highly qualified staff will
provide on-site support or research ways of optimizing your process
in one of our Technology Centers.
Supplementary processes
By installing the relevant components or making modifications,
it is possible to implement different processes. This applies particularly
to fluid bed systems, but is also true of pan coaters or vertical
granulators. Alongside drying and granulating, for example, a fluid
bed plant can also be used for coating and pelletizing.

Modern technology
"Technology advances every day". Perhaps not every single
day, but certainly on a continuous basis. New technologies are being
developed all the time which provide considerable advances in terms
of equipment safety, process management, product quality or documentation.
Some of these new technologies can be retrofitted into existing
equipment. From modern controls systems, WIP cleaning plants through
