Service Center for technology and contract manufacturing

Glatt offers development and contract manufacturing of solid dosage materials, making use of top-quality fluid bed equipment for drying, granulation, layering and coating. Coating with controlled release and taste masking. We are experts in the field of fluid bed technology for the development of reliable, stable and transferable formulations and processes. This capability forms the basis for effective manufacturing with extreme reproduction accuracy. Alongside fluid bed technology, other available capabilities include wet granulation, sieving and mixing, pressing and coating of tablets.

GAT's FDA-registered contract manufacturing services have been audited by many reputable pharmaceutical corporations. A special feature offered by Glatt contract manufacturing is CPS™, a patented technology used for the development and production of pellets. CPS™ pellets are high in density, completely spherical and are manufactured in wide-ranging different diameters with a minimal size distribution.

History

Located in a strategically central site in Ramsey, New Jersey, Glatt Air Techniques (GAT) was founded in 1973 as a sales and service organization serving the United States, Canadian and Puerto Rican markets.
Today, Glatt Air Techniques is housed in premises spanning over 8000 sq.m., including offices, workshops and an FDA-registered cGMP development and production facility.
GAT employs a workforce of over 150 in three divisions: equipment construction and sales, the Ramsey Design Group for engineering services and the Servicing Center for Technology and Contract Manufacturing.
