Anwendungsm\u00f6glichkeiten unserer propriet\u00e4ren Pulvertechnologie bieten sich beispielsweise f\u00fcr\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/powdersynthesis.glatt.com\/applications\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">katalytische Materialien, keramische Werkstoffe, Pigmente oder Batteriewerkstoffe<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Die Prozesse der Spr\u00fchpyrolyse, Spr\u00fchtrocknung, und der Spr\u00fchkalzination laufen in einem kontinuierlich betriebenen vertikalen Reaktionsrohr ab. Je nach Wahl der Prozessparameter werden Materialien auf einem dieser Wege erzeugt, optimiert und funktionalisiert. Diese befinden sich daf\u00fcr nicht in einer laminaren Str\u00f6mung, sondern in einem pulsierenden Gasstrom, und somit in einer turbulenten Str\u00f6mung. Dies f\u00fchrt zu thermodynamischen Ver\u00e4nderungen im Reaktionsraum. Und genau das erm\u00f6glicht die gezielte Beeinflussung der Eigenschaften der generierten Pulver.<\/p>\n<h2>H\u00f6chste Homogenit\u00e4t und keine harten Aggregate<\/h2>\n<p>Die hochturbulente Rohrstr\u00f6mung f\u00fchrt zu einer starken Durchmischung des Gases und der darin befindlichen Tr\u00f6pfchen bzw. Partikel. Temperaturgradienten im Gas und Geschwindigkeitsgradienten in der Str\u00f6mung werden homogenisiert. Das Fehlen thermischer Hotspots verhindert harte Aggregate und alle Partikel erfahren das gleiche Zeit-\/Temperaturregime. Die erzeugten Partikel lassen sich anschlie\u00dfend leicht trennen und dispergieren.<\/p>\n<h2>Extrem hohe Raten f\u00fcr W\u00e4rme- und Stofftransfer<\/h2>\n<p>Durch die Pulsation bleibt \u00fcber die gesamte Reaktorl\u00e4nge eine Relativgeschwindigkeit zwischen Partikel und Gasstrom erhalten. Grenzschichten um die Partikel herum k\u00f6nnen sich nicht ausbilden. Die W\u00e4rme- und Stoff\u00fcbertragung erfolgt dadurch deutlich beschleunigt.<\/p>\n<h2>Glatt Pulversynthese mit allen Prozessen in einem einzigen Schritt<\/h2>\n<p>Die Glatt Pulversynthese kombiniert die Partikelbildung, Trocknung und Kalzinierung und in einem einzigen Schritt.
