Das Verfahren eigent sich hervorragend<strong>, <\/strong>um kompakte Partikel zu bilden, die eine geringere Oberfl\u00e4che und damit wenig Angriffsfl\u00e4che f\u00fcr Sauerstoff bieten.<\/p>\n<p>Die Mikroverkapselung von \u00d6len und anderen hydrohoben Stoffen l\u00e4uft in zwei Stufen ab: Die eigentliche Verkapselung ist die Bildung einer Emulsion mit einem geeigneten Emulgator, der den sch\u00fctzenden Film ausbildet. Die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Tr\u00f6pfchen sollte sehr klein sein, damit diese eine ausreichende Stabilit\u00e4t im nachfolgenden Trocknungsschritt haben. Im zweiten Schritt werden die Fl\u00fcssigkeiten verkapselt in kompakte Granulate eingebettet.
