Die GIT befindet sich im globalen und bundesweiten Wettbewerb um Fach- und F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte.<\/p>\n<p>Um wettbewerbsf\u00e4hig zu bleiben und angepasst an die Ver\u00e4nderungen des Marktes zu reagieren, hat sich die GIT entschlossen ein PEP f\u00fcr Spezialisten und Nachwuchsf\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte aufzulegen.<\/p>\n<p>In diesem Projekt soll die Attraktivit\u00e4t der GIT als erfolgreicher Arbeitgeber im bundesweiten Ma\u00dfstab f\u00fcr alle Standorte der GIT erhalten und gef\u00f6rdert werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die ESF-Querschnittsziele \u201eGleichstellung der Geschlechter\u201c \u201eChancengleichheit und Nichtdiskriminierung\u201c sowie die \u201e\u00d6kologische Nachhaltigkeit\u201c sollen im Projekt beachtet werden. Unserer Gesch\u00e4ftst\u00e4tigkeit ist gepr\u00e4gt von Ehrlichkeit, Integrit\u00e4t und Offenheit sowie der Achtung vor Interessen und Rechte unserer Mitarbeitenden. Im Vordergrund stehen f\u00fcr uns die Verschiedenartigkeit und Vielfalt unserer Mitarbeitenden. Niemand wird auf Grund seiner Herkunft, seines Geschlechts, seiner Religion oder seiner sexuellen Gesinnung diskriminiert.<\/p>\n<p>Bei der Einstellung, Besch\u00e4ftigung und Bef\u00f6rderung von Mitarbeitenden lassen wir uns ausschlie\u00dflich von deren Qualifikation und Eignung f\u00fcr die vorgesehene T\u00e4tigkeit leiten.
