Diese Fl\u00fcssigkeit kann eine w\u00e4ssrige oder organische L\u00f6sung, eine Suspension oder eine Schmelze sein. Die L\u00f6sung verdampft, die Schmelze erstarrt und der darin enthaltene Feststoff bildet eine Umh\u00fcllung, die Coating-Schicht. Damit jedes Partikel vollst\u00e4ndig umschlossen werden kann, muss es eine Gr\u00f6\u00dfe von mindestens 100 Mikrometern haben. Partikel im Nanometerbereich lassen sich durch Core-Shell-Coating mittels <a href=\"https:\/\/powdersynthesis.glatt.com\/de\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Pulversynthese<\/a>\u00a0 beschichten.<\/p>\n<p>Die Coating-Schicht hat mehrere Vorteile: Als Schutzschicht erh\u00f6ht sie die Haltbarkeit oder Lagerstabilit\u00e4t. gespr\u00fcht. Zur Vermeidung von Agglomerat Bildung m\u00fcssen die Partikel einen gr\u00f6\u00dferen Durchmesser haben. Das Verfahren eignet sich beispielsweise sehr gut f\u00fcr eine Abdeckung der Oberfl\u00e4che von klebrigen Produkten oder f\u00fcr die Einf\u00e4rbung von Partikeln.
