Lesen Sie hier, wie das Verfahren funktioniert und was es Ihnen bringt.<\/h2>\n<p>Durch Bespr\u00fchen in der Wirbelschichtanlage wandeln wir staubige, nicht flie\u00dff\u00e4hige und h\u00e4ufig schlecht l\u00f6sliche Partikel um: in frei flie\u00dfende Agglomerate beziehungsweise Granulate mit ausgezeichneter L\u00f6slichkeit. Das Verfahren eignet sich besonders gut als Vorstufe f\u00fcr die Tablettierung und auch um Waschmittel, Getr\u00e4nkepulver und Instantprodukte herzustellen.<\/p>\n<h2>So funktioniert das Verfahren Wirbelschicht-Spr\u00fchagglomeration<\/h2>\n<p>Bei der Wirbelschicht-Spr\u00fchagglomeration werden sehr kleine pulverf\u00f6rmige Partikel in einer Wirbelschicht bewegt und mit einer Binderfl\u00fcssigkeit bespr\u00fcht.<\/p>\n<p>Das Ergebnis: Zwischen den Partikeln bilden sich Fl\u00fcssigkeitsbr\u00fccken und so genannte Agglomerate entstehen. Welche Gr\u00f6\u00dfe ist gew\u00fcnscht? Der Spr\u00fchprozess wird so lange fortgesetzt, bis die exakte Gr\u00f6\u00dfe erreicht ist. Typische Gr\u00f6\u00dfen der Agglomerate reichen von 100 Mikrometern bis zu 3 Millimetern; die Ausgangspartikel k\u00f6nnen in mikrofeiner Form vorliegen.<\/p>\n<p>Por\u00f6se Struktur: Aufgrund der geringen Bewegungsenergie in der Wirbelschicht erhalten wir nach Verdunsten der Restfeuchte por\u00f6se Strukturen mit vielen inneren Kapillaren, also Hohlr\u00e4umen. Die neue Struktur wird durch den erh\u00e4rteten Binder weiter gefestigt.
