Bei der Vertikalgranulation werden verschiedene pulverf\u00f6rmige Bestandteile zu gr\u00f6\u00dferen gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig verteilten, sehr kompakten Granulaten geformt.<\/p>\n<h2>So f\u00fchren wir die High-Shear-Granulation durch<\/h2>\n<p>Das Formgebungsverfahren zur Granulation l\u00e4uft in einem geschlossenen Beh\u00e4lter ab, der \u00fcber Mischwerkzeuge und einen Zerhacker verf\u00fcgt. Die Partikel werden gleichzeitig zerrieben und vermischt, w\u00e4hrend eine Binderfl\u00fcssigkeit zugef\u00fchrt wird. So entstehen Fl\u00fcssigkeits- und Feststoffbr\u00fccken und sehr dichte Granulate bilden sich.<\/p>\n<p>Urspr\u00fcnglich wurde die Granulier Fl\u00fcssigkeit ins Produkt gegossen; heute erzielen wir eine besser dosierte Verteilung \u00fcber eine Spr\u00fchd\u00fcse \u2013 ein gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigeres Granulat entsteht.<\/p>\n<h2>Das kann die High-Shear-Granulation besonders gut<\/h2>\n<p>Durch die Nassgranulation lassen sich besonders kompakte Granulate erzeugen \u2013 die hohe mechanische Scherwirkung der unten oder oben rotierenden Mischwerkzeuge macht es m\u00f6glich. Es entstehen dichtere Granulate als im Wirbelschichtverfahren. Dabei spielt es keine Rolle, ob das Formgebungsverfahren zur Granulation im Chargen- oder Konti-Betrieb arbeitet.<\/p>\n<h2>Ihre Vorteile mit der Vertikalgranulation<\/h2>\n<p>Die Granulate, die wir mit der High-Shear-Granulation herstellen, lassen sich optimal weiterverarbeiten.
