Runde Pellets werden aus pulverf\u00f6rmigen Wirkstoffen gewonnen, und das direkt \u00fcber Zentrifugalkr\u00e4fte.<\/h2>\n<p>Es entstehen abriebstabile, runde Pellets, die \u00fcber eine definierte Oberfl\u00e4che und ein enges Korngr\u00f6\u00dfenspektrum verf\u00fcgen. Die regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Form und Oberfl\u00e4che eignen sich sehr gut, um gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Filme aufzutragen \u2013 beispielsweise f\u00fcr eine kontrollierte Wirkstoff-Freisetzung.<\/p>\n<p>Im Prozess der Direktpelletierung stellen wir auch Mikropellets von 100 bis 300 Mikrometern her; h\u00e4ufig enthalten diese Pellets mikrokristalline Cellulose.<\/p>\n<h2>Unsere Direktpelletierung \u2013 in drei Schritten<\/h2>\n<p>Alle Prozessschritte finden in unseren Wirbelschichtanlagen als Eintopfverfahren statt.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mischen und Befeuchten des Pulvers<\/li>\n<li>Ausrunden der feuchten Masse durch eine zentrifugale Rotorbewegung zu gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen und dichten Agglomeraten<\/li>\n<li>Trocknen der fertigen
