Die Anlage im industriellen Ma\u00dfstab wird in strategisch g\u00fcnstiger Lage in der Schweiz errichtet und ist die erste Mehrprodukt-Fermentations-Plattform, die pr\u00e4zisionsfermentierte Verbindungen wie Proteine und Lipide sowie Biomasse aus Myzel im kommerziellen Ma\u00dfstab herstellen kann. Mit dieser Technologie lassen sich Kosten f\u00fcr alternative Proteine senken, um einen messbaren Einfluss auf die weltweite Nahrungsmittelproduktion zu
