Our Innovation Center is furnished with the most up-to-date processing technology for multiple requirements, providing optimal conditions for classic and customized applications of various methods. We offer a broad range of innovative fluidized bed systems for granulation, coating and pelletizing. Additional equipment for procedures such as dosing, blending, sieving, extruding and pelletizing as well as a scaling stand for spray nozzles completes the assortment. Laboratory units

Our technology center provides a multifunctional laboratory for testing diverse processing technologies for manufacturing granules and pellets from powder or liquids. Efficient and an exact fit for your individual requirement.

CPS 3

The smart solution for manufacturing micro-pellets with perfect rounding and surface. You can achieve exact pellet sizes of 50 to 1,400 micrometers at an extremely narrow particle size distribution of +/- 25 micrometers. Pilot systems

To make valid and safe transfers from laboratory scale to production scale, small-scale tests in high-performing pilot systems are needed. We have several pilot systems of different builds available to configure to your specific application.
