Personnel are our key factor at Glatt Ingenieurtechnik GmbH (GIT). GIT is involved in global and nationwide competition for skilled workers and managers.
In order to remain competitive and respond to changes in the market, GIT has decided to launch a PEP for specialists and junior managers.
This project aims to maintain and promote the attractiveness of GIT as a successful employer on a nationwide scale for all GIT locations.
The ESF cross-cutting objectives of “gender equality,” “equal opportunities and non-discrimination,” and “environmental sustainability” are to be taken into account in the project. Our business activities are characterized by honesty, integrity, and openness, as well as respect for the interests and rights of our employees. The diversity and variety of our employees are of paramount importance to us. No one is discriminated against on the basis of their origin, gender, religion, or sexual orientation.
When hiring, employing, and promoting employees, we are guided solely by their qualifications and suitability for the intended position. The goal of gender equality is taken into account in the project and supported by appropriate measures, such as promoting employment and career advancement opportunities and digital skills for women, or promoting work-life balance.
