Lab and pilot systems

Do you want to experiment with new formulations? Or to test various processing options in wet granulation? Our multi-functional lab and pilot systems for high-shear granulation have proven themselves many times in process development and in reliably transferring from a laboratory to a production scale. The modular structure and flexible configuration make it possible to respond quickly and effectively to changing demands.

VG 65/10

Our flexible high-shear granulator VG 65/10 for a laboratory and pilot scale: Vertical granulator for quick setup of granules with compact and stable structure. With exchangeable product containers for maximum volume flexibility from 2.5 to 50 liters – even up to batch sizes starting at 0.1 liters using an adapter. Easy handling and intuitive control. Also available as 12 bar shock pressure-proof unit.

VG.Lab

VG.Lab process module for high-shear granulation for quickly creating of compact granulates.
Optional temperature controlled vessels in 5 l, 10 l, 15 l – smaller batch sizes also possible from 0.1 l using an adapter.

TMG

Our TMG tabletop high-shear granulator for testing with minimum product volumes: Wet granulator with flexible, temperature-controlled working vessels for mixing and granulating powders. Integrated touch panel and GMP-compliant design, time-saving installation and easy to operate. The vessels can be equipped with powder funnels and various spray nozzles. Ideal as a table unit due to its compact design. For product volumes from 0.1 to 4.5 liters.

We offer high-performance industrial systems for wet granulation. Our modular system concepts permit multiple processing options. Just as you need it.

Our cost effective high-shear Vertical Granulator with patented z-form rotor wings for particularly fast wet granulation with high granulate density and optimal particle stability. Unique technology combined with easy handling. Modular construction for individual configuration and adaption to your specific needs. Equipped with the innovative and compact Q-Drive motor. It offers a consistently high torque at all speeds for high product quality, greater efficiency and less maintenance. Suitable for batches of 25 to 2,400 liters.

TwinPro®

The TwinPro® system combines high shear granulation and fluidized bed drying in a single process.

For the first time, the revolutionary, patent pending TwinPro® system unites two previously separate processes, high shear granulation and fluid bed drying, in a continual batch process.

The revolutionary fusion of two processes into a single system allows the company to remove a complete machine unit, reducing investment costs in systems and building technology with maximum process efficiency.

TDG

Our high-shear granulator TDG with maximum safety: efficient wet granulator for fast granulation processes with particularly dense granulate with uniform structure. Flexible connecting options for the chopper. High process safety through clear separation of technology and GMP areas. The working vessel can be lowered for easy handling and simple filling, cleaning and inspection. Suitable for batches of 25 to 1,200 liters.
