Pelletizing by spray granulation – for compact, dust-free, abrasion-resistant pellets

In this pelletizing process, special spherical pellets are produced from liquids by spray granulation in the fluid bed.

In our fluid bed systems, we produce these spherical pellets in batch or continuous operation. We achieve a particularly narrow particle size distribution and excellent roundness of the pellets by continuously controlling the pellet discharge by air classification. The result: compact, dust-free and abrasion-resistant pellets.

What pellet size and active ingredient content are you aiming for?

With pelletizing by spray granulation in the fluid bed (MicroPX), we also produce micropellets that are 100 to 400 micrometers in size. The active ingredient content is up to 95 percent.
