Our portfolio ranges from systems for laboratory and pilot scale to coaters for large-scale pharmaceutical production. The laboratory systems are capable of coating tablets on a very small scale of just a few grams – the capacities of our production systems are for batch sizes well in excess of one ton. Big coating performance for small batch sizes: technically reliable pan coater with three replaceable drums for optimal film coating results on a very small scale. High process efficiency: The entire housing can be dismantled and reassembled for drum changes or cleaning in a matter of seconds. The perfect laboratory unit for research and development.

GC.Lab

MultiLab process module. Optimized tablet coating at the smallest scale.
Flat spray nozzle for homogeneous, adjustable spraying with reproducible quality.
Exchangeable coating pans 2.5 l, 5 l, 9 l, 12 l for a working range of 1.3 l to 12 l.

GMPC

Our multi-talented machine for research and development on a laboratory and pilot scale. Flexible enough for the coating of tablets with aquaeous or organic lacquer suspensions or for the pan-coating of particles with sugar sirup. Well-conceived, compact design for quick installation and easy handling.

Interchangeable drums allow the processing of 1.5 to 45 kilograms with the GMPC II.

GCSD spray system

Perfect coating requires a homogeneous, adjustable spraying pattern as well as a constant and reproducible spraying behavior. We have developed an innovative solution for just this reason: the GCSD nozzle.

Our GCSD spray system works with our intelligent ABC technology (Anti-Bearding-Cap): This makes spraying without bearding possible for the first time. This way, you can keep the liquid inserts from clogging up and you will benefit from an even spraying behavior without interrupting the process or having to pause to clean the nozzle outlets. The very finely adjustable and reproducible drop size ensures a uniform liquid distribution throughout the spray jet.
