You can generally use our online services without disclosing your identity. If we request personal data on our website, e.g. in contact forms or when registering for online or face-to-face training courses (including, in particular, your first and last name, address, email address, credit card numbers, or account details), this is done on a voluntary basis. We use this information for our own business purposes (such as sending the requested materials/information) and for your participation in and completion of online and face-to-face training courses. The online training courses are conducted via video conferencing systems and remote support, such as Vimeo, Microsoft® Teams, or Team Viewer. Your login data, video and audio data, shared documents, and, if you use the chat function, textual information are processed and partially recorded.
If you have any questions, we offer you to contact us using the form provided on our website. The data marked as mandatory information is required in order to be able to assign and properly respond to the enquiry. Further information can be provided voluntarily. The data will be processed for the purpose of contacting us in accordance with Art. 6, para. 1 sentence 1 lit. (a) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on the basis of your voluntary consent. The personal data collected for the use of the contact or registration form will be deleted after the completion of your enquiry or after the mandatory storage periods defined in tax and commercial legislation have expired.
In addition, your data will be processed to enable your participation in an online and/or face-to-face training course. This includes the organization and implementation of the course. In doing so, we process the information you provide for the purpose of conducting the online and face-to-face training or remote support, as well as for following up on the online and face-to-face training or remote support on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The online course or face-to-face event will only be recorded in an anonymized manner. Fotos will only be taken after the data subject has given their consent at the beginning of the event, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
Once you have given your consent, you can revoke it at any time with future effect without giving reasons. To do so, you can use the above-mentioned contact form or another method specified in the newsletter.
Categories of Personal Data
As part of our online and face-to-face training courses, we process the personal data you provide and transmit to us, in particular, but not limited to:
- First and last name
- Business or private email address
- Other business or private contact details, such as telephone number, home address, professional position
- Payment information, such as credit card number, bank account details
In addition, log data is collected for logging purposes.

Each time our website is being accessed, logs are created and processed for statistical purposes. This applies to the following data whereby the identity of the individual user remains anonymous:

When conducting a online course, only the participant data voluntarily entered (name entered) is visible to other participants via the software application. If the person concerned has activated their camera and microphone, data is transmitted to all other participants. Your personal data is transmitted to service providers of the communication service (Microsoft Corporation, Vimeo) and to the departments, processors, and their subcontractors entrusted with conducting the online courses/face-to-face events.
