The assurance and systematic improvement of quality and the environment is a task for the company management, for the managers and for the employees. Everyone is obliged to reduce the environmental impact, to comply with the applicable legal obligations and other requirements as well as to ensure and constantly improve the quality and thus the efficiency of the processes in order to create a secure future for our company.
We have drawn up the following quality and environmental principles for our company as a mission for ourselves and our managers to make these corporate principles known, to “ live by them” and to use them to derive goals that lead to the fulfillment of the quality principles.
Principles of quality
- To achieve our goals, we operate a quality management system based on DIN EN ISO 9001 in order to realize the specified quality level in all fields and thus offer our customers a guarantee for the assured quality of our products.
- We want to recruit the best-trained staff in accordance with the requirements and place high demands on the skills, commitment and personal attitude of our employees towards the company.
- We want to anchor quality responsibility in the departments through self-assessment.
- We want to enable our employees to work and act in a quality and cost-conscious manner by providing suitable information, training and instruction.
- We want to define who, when and how quality assurance tasks are to be performed by clearly describing the organizational structure and processes.
- This is intended to encourage interdisciplinary cooperation to achieve the overarching quality objectives.
- We want to realize procurement quality economically by selecting suitable and proven supplier products, suppliers and services.
- Through our environmental management, we want to ensure that negative effects on the environment are reduced as far as possible and that environmental accidents are prevented.
- Through our occupational safety management, we want to prevent accidents at work, work-related injuries and illnesses as well as generally protect the health of the employees in the workplace.
- We want to build trust and encourage ethical values such as sustainability, fair conduct and integrity through our compliance guidelines.
